Quick answers

Who can still finish in the top six of the Pro D2?
Sixteen clubs can still finish in the top six of the 2026-27 Pro D2.
Who is sure of a top-six finish in the Pro D2?
No club is sure of a place in the final phase yet.
How is this calculated?
A club is counted as still in it for a given target (finishing in the top six, avoiding last place) when at least one set of results for the matches left would get it there, taking into account that its rivals also play each other and that a match can bring up to five points: four for a win, two for a draw, one bonus point for scoring at least three more tries than the opponent and one for losing by five points or fewer. It is counted as sure only when no set of results can take it away. Clubs level on points are treated cautiously while matches remain: level is enough to stay in, never enough to be sure. Points penalties are included as published in the table.
