It is counted as sure only when no set of results can take it away. Every way the matches left can be won, drawn or lost is played out, with the championship's own points: four for a win, two for a draw, a bonus point for scoring four tries or more, another for losing by seven points or fewer, and three more for a team that wins all five of its matches, the Grand Slam.
